About Quiet Botanica
A small-batch Canadian botanical skincare brand rooted in the belief that your daily routine can be a moment of true stillness.
A Note from Tamara
My name is Tamara Grubisa. I grew up watching my grandmother press dried lavender into small linen sachets beside the kitchen window. After years working in Toronto's beauty industry, I started making oils at home using clean botanical ingredients sourced within Canada wherever possible. Friends started asking what I was using. Quiet Botanica grew out of that kitchen table.
Why Botanical, Why Canada
Botanical skincare works with your skin rather than around it. Plant oils like rosehip and jojoba carry fatty acid profiles that closely mirror your skin's own sebum. Every Quiet Botanica product complies with Health Canada cosmetic regulations. Our ingredient sourcing prioritizes Canadian suppliers and ethical growers.
How We Source
We work with a small number of suppliers we know by name. Our rosehip and argan oils are cold-pressed and unrefined. Our lavender comes from steam-distilled organic crops. We batch small so that every bottle is fresh when it reaches you. Once made, each product rests on a Theta frequency tablet for 72 hours as part of our ritual.
What We Stand For
- 100% natural ingredients, no synthetic fragrances, parabens, or artificial preservatives
- Full INCI ingredient disclosure on every product page
- EU Annex III fragrance allergen disclosure for complete transparency
- Cruelty-free formulations, never tested on animals
- Compliance with Health Canada cosmetic regulations
- Small-batch production for freshness and quality control
