Frequently Asked Questions
- What is the Quiet Mind Stick made of?
- The Quiet Mind Stick is a solid aromatic balm stick formulated with 100% natural botanical ingredients. Key ingredients include Eucalyptus Globulus (Eucalyptus) Leaf Oil and Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil for a cooling, crisp aroma, along with a plant-based wax and carrier oil base. It contains no synthetic fragrances, parabens, or artificial preservatives.
- Where do you apply a balm stick?
- Apply the Quiet Mind Stick to pulse points for the best aromatic effect. These include the inner wrists, temples, back of the neck, and behind the ears. The warmth of your pulse points helps diffuse the botanical essential oils. You can also apply a small amount to the chest or collarbone.
- Is the Quiet Mind Stick suitable for sensitive skin?
- The Quiet Mind Stick is formulated with 100% natural botanical ingredients. As with any product containing essential oils, we recommend a patch test on a small area of skin before full application. Eucalyptus and peppermint essential oils are cooling and potent, so avoid applying near the eye area or to broken skin.
- Can I use the Quiet Mind Stick every day?
- Yes. The Quiet Mind Stick is designed for everyday use as part of a daily sensory ritual. Apply it to pulse points morning, midday, or evening. Because it is a solid balm, it is also easy to carry with you throughout the day.
- What allergens are present in the Quiet Mind Stick?
- The Quiet Mind Stick contains Linalool and Limonene, which are naturally occurring components of Eucalyptus and Peppermint essential oils. These are listed as EU Annex III fragrance allergens and are naturally present, not added as separate ingredients. Full allergen information is available on the Allergen Disclosure page.
