2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us at hello@quietbotanica.com with subject line: Return Request — [Your Order Number]. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not ship items back without first receiving return authorization.
3. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refunds
