Returns & Refund Policy
At Quiet Botanica, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our returns and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of skincare products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is defective. Sale items and gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us at [email protected] with subject line: Return Request — [Your Order Number]. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not ship items back without first receiving return authorization.
3. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
