All Quiet Botanica products are cosmetic products intended for external use only. They are not drugs, health products, or natural health products. Product descriptions, including references to botanical ingredients and frequency infusion processes, describe the sensory and aromatic experience and do not constitute health or medical claims.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
4. Orders & Shipping
We currently ship within Canada only. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and product formulations, is the property of Quiet Botanica and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
